Flowforming

   DMAG’s chip-less forming production process of rotationally symmetrical parts that produces cylindrically, hollow tubulars from high strength aluminum alloys, particularly automotive wheel.  

   Near-net-shape dimension is one of the benefits for flow forming process. Tolerances can be achieved well beyond hot forming with superior mechanical properties.
