Quality laboratory
Our quality laboratory is equipped with advanced and professional testing equipment, has experienced inspectors, mature quality management system, and can carry out the following tests:

grain structure/microstructure research;
three-point bending test;
automotive wheel hub fatigue test;

Traceability
The whole process of our products realizes the tracking from customer order receipt to product status of each process and batch traceability information through the ERP system, takes the material transfer card covering product and status information as the circulation mark, meanwhile, collects the information of important production parameters of each batch and even each component through the MES system, so as to achieve quality traceability.
