NADCAP was established in 1990 by major international aerospace manufacturers such as Boeing and Airbus, the U.S. Department of Defense, and SAE International as an industry‑managed accreditation program. Its purpose is to unify the execution standards for special processes, covering key process categories including welding, heat treatment, non‑destructive testing, and composite material processing.
During this accreditation process, our company fully met the following audit requirements:
Process Compliance: The applied processes (e.g., heat treatment, welding, non‑destructive testing, etc.) strictly comply with the relevant SAE standards published by NADCAP, such as AS7102, AS7110, and AS7114.
Process Control: Process parameters are stable and controllable; records are complete and fully traceable. The auditors observed on‑site operations throughout the process and conducted random checks on historical records.
System Support: Our company has established a robust quality management system, with qualified personnel, sound equipment control mechanisms, and standardized process documentation.
Closure of Non‑Conformances: All non‑conformance reports (NCRs) identified during the audit were rectified and closed within the required timeframes, achieving full corrective action closure.

Moving forward, our company will continue to benchmark against international first‑class standards, providing higher‑quality and more reliable products and services to customers in the aerospace sector.
