Bumper material

    The anti-collision beam is a safety device that absorbs and mitigates the external impact and protects the front and rear of vehicle body. It is mainly composed of the main beam, the energy-absorbing box, and the installation plate for connection with vehicle, the main beam and the energy-absorbing box can effectively absorb the collision energy in case of low speed collision of vehicle, and minimize the damage of the impact force to longitudinal beam of vehicle body, so as to play its role for protection of vehicle.

    Anti-collision beam: high-strength alloy section materials are bent and formed after extrusion;

    energy absorbing box: it is developed with special material and is subjected to countless simulation tests, and effectively reduces the damage to vehicles and personnel in case of accident.

    When evaluating whether a material can meet the energy absorption requirements, the crushing test is an important measure. In order to adapt to different vehicle body application scenarios, our company has respectively developed three grades of materials C20, C24 and C28 to meet the energy absorption requirements of different structural parts.

Turbine blade materials

    Turbine blades are important component of the turbine section in gas turbine engine. The high-speed rotating blades are responsible for intake of high-temperature and high-pressure gas stream into the combustor to maintain engine operation. In order to ensure stable and long-time operation under the extreme environment of high temperature and high pressure, turbine blades are often manufactured with material with high temperature resistance and excellent fatigue performance.

    2618material is a material widely used in automotive turbocharger. For a long time, China completely relies on import from Japan and South Korea because the domestic material can not reach the performance index. It took several years for engineers of our company to successfully develop high heat-resistant 2618 products to meet the requirements of automobile turbocharger engine, the tensile strength is up to 430MPa at high temperature of 150℃, and the tensile strength still reaches more than 380MPa at ultra-high temperature of 200℃, meeting the severe requirements of turbocharger for high-strength heat-resistant aluminum alloy blades.
