CNC machined parts

    Aluminum alloys have excellent machining properties to meet the use demand of the end product.

    In order to meet the requirements of customers, the Company expands the CNC production line on the basis of extrusion, simplifies customer procurement management, and shortens the delivery cycle.

    At present, the Company has multiple CNC machining production lines and hundreds of machining equipment. Highly automated production line is configured with self-developed MES system for real-time monitoring of production and data collection.

     In addition to machining equipment and system, the Company has also developed fixture/jig in house to enhance product development, production cycle and cost, and enhance competitiveness to the maximum extent.
