Job Name: Chief of Development Section

Job Responsibilities:

1.Handle emergencies within the organization, timely investigate the root-cause of quality abnormalities/environmental influences or non-conformity caused by product development activities, and take corrective and preventive measures to prevent recurrence. Cross-unit coordination and timely reporting to department director;

2.Formulate the work responsibilities of the personnel in each position in the organization, examine and appraise their work performance;

3.Formulate and implement the training plan for all posts within the organization to improve the qualification of members of the section;

4.Formulate and implement unit goals in combination with departmental quality/environmental goals, and report organizational performance to the department director;

5.Audit and sign off the drawings, die purchase order and die requisition of Product Development Section;

6.Confirm the feasibility of difficult product development and die cost, communicate with customers to confirm the quality focus of new products, and confirm and determine the process flow of new products and the quality focus of each step at the sample delivery stage; and confirm the introduction of new materials and new processes;

7.Provide technical services for customers and assist expert consultants to optimize research and development;

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or higher degree, major in machinery, materials and other related majors, master aluminum alloy processing, aluminum alloy heat treatment, extrusion die related knowledge; more than 1-3 year(s) of working experience as a product development supervisor in a foreign company;

2.Good command of English and proficiency in operating common computer software;

3.Flexible use of new product development method and its quality control method;

4.Clear thinking, flexible and responsive, good communication, calmness in case of emergency and problem-solving ability, a certain degree of organizational management skills and leadership skills;

5.Understand the technical standards ISO9001, ISO/IATF16939, ISO13001 on quality/environmental management, and be familiar with the five manuals of SPC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA and MSA; understand the laws and regulations on environmentally prohibited materials such as ROHS and WEEE.
