Job Name: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1.According to the Company's strategic planning and business objectives, formulate and implement the department's annual management principle;

2.Conduct optimization and management of the Company's quality system, and conduct process audit and autonomous factory inspection;

3.New product development: quality planning, quality judgment, discussion of trial production problems, approval of mass production documents;

4.Customer satisfaction enhancement, supplier quality management, laboratory management, and continuous process improvement;

5.Lead the daily operation and management of the Quality Assurance Department, promote the enhancement of quality performance, and ensure the realization of annual business goals;

6.Lead the talent training and echelon construction work of the Quality Assurance Department;

Job Requirements

1.Unified enrollment college degree or higher degree;

2.Principled, strong sense of responsibility, strong pressure resistance, and able to independently undertake quality management;

3.Those with experience in quality management in a machine factory are preferred.
