Job Name: Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1.Regularly hold project meetings to review and monitor project results and ensure that projects are “on time, in compliance with specification and on budget”;

2.Maintain regular contact with external customers to gain their support;

3.Monitor and supervise the implementation of the project as planned;

4.Regularly report to the General Manager on the status of the project, identify risks timely and alert timely to complete all internal and external approvals in collaboration with the client and relevant departments;

5.Organize project summary meetings to review the entire project process, evaluate major risk events, and summarize experience;

6.Handle customer complaints before the end of the project to ensure that the project enters normal mass production after the testing in early stage of mass production of the project;

Job Requirements

1.Unified enrollment college degree or higher degree;

2.3 years or more years of project management experience in bicycle, motorcycle and automotive parts, those with background in aluminum alloy industry are preferred;

3.Good communication skills and learning ability, have certain understanding of products and technologies in the same industry;

4.Strong coordination and organizational skills, project management ability and experience to lead team to work.
