Job Name: IE Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Formulation of standard working hours of production line;

2. Compile standard operation instruction manual for each post, and be responsible for training and job observation;

3. Responsible for inspection and assessment of standardized production line operations;

4. Responsible for production line process balance, process optimization, and the improvement of efficiency and quality assurance capabilities;

5.Assist the production unit to promote and organize the implementation of various continuous improvement plans of workshop;

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or higher degree, engaged in IE engineer post for more than two years;

2.Those who have independently operated improvement projects are preferred;

3.Electronics, industrial engineering and engineering-type majors are also acceptable.
